A leading global reinsurer is seeking a Business Analyst to enhance their IT department. The successful candidate will bridge business needs and technical solutions while ensuring compliance and quality in delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced analyst to work in a dynamic environment focused on innovative insurance solutions.
As Business Analyst, you play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You are responsible of solution alignment with the requirementsand the global consistency of the Product and its ecosystem. You work closely with the Product Owner, the Solution Owner, the UX designer, and the SCOR markets to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement (defining requirements and refining the product backlog) , and translate complex requirements into clear and concise specifications to design and deliver the product.
You have a direct impact on the successful delivery of the various projects and the overall efficiency of our organization. You ensure the final product is compliant with the requirements, IT policies and meet the targeted quality of services. More specifically, you assess and challenge the different change requests, clarify the requirements as needed, evaluate and specify the impacts on the system. You support the delivery cycle from business specifications and processes to final testing campaign and release in Production. You ensure product compliance and security in accordance with the requirements of SCOR's guidelines and framework.
You have an active role in the incident management process (functional troubleshooting, workaround, communication to end-users) and in continuously improving the quality of the product.
You will join SCOR IT department (more than 200 employees across the globe) and will be able to grow and evolve in a global and very dynamic structure providing innovative products, services, and support to all SCOR Group worldwide.
