Join a mission-driven team focused on shaping a more sustainable future in fashion. In this part-time maternity cover role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of product listings, especially within the “Unsigned brand” segment. You'll work remotely with a passionate and international community, playing a key role in curating a premium catalog for fashion lovers worldwide. Your sharp eye for detail and knowledge of brands and trends will directly influence the shopping experience and uphold the platform’s high standards.

Accountabilities:

  • Review and verify all “Unsigned brand” listings for quality, accuracy, and compliance with platform guidelines.
  • Conduct brand research to ensure authenticity and relevance of items featured.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify product flow priorities and improve catalog standards.
  • Contribute to the creation and evolution of a new curation scope.
  • Share updates and align actions with the broader team to maintain a synchronized workflow.
  • Support training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives across departments.
  • Drive continuous improvement in catalog quality and consistency.
  • Prior experience in the fashion industry, with solid brand knowledge and the ability to analyze and assess fashion items.
  • Strong interest in fashion trends and a good understanding of the second-hand market.
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail, combined with clear communication skills.
  • Proactive and autonomous, with a strong sense of collaboration and team spirit.
  • Proficient in Excel and other Office tools.
  • Fluent in both French and English.
