Your role:

This role is responsible for working in detail on planning, budgeting, and project governance instances for the transformation projects. The Transformation PMO will work closely and coordinate the team of project managers of the different project streams to ensure the delivery of high-quality results within scope, time, cost, and quality constraints. The Transformation PMO will also ensure effective communication and collaboration among project teams.

The Transformation Project Manager Officer will be part of the Transformation Office and report to the Chief Transformation Officer. The scope of the project will also include business transformation and digital transformation.

Your missions:

Some of the key responsibilities of this role are:

  1. Set up common project frameworks for every initiative to build planning, budget, resource plans, knowledge sharing, and track dependencies and risks.
  2. Manage hand in hand with project managers budgets, resources, schedules, deliverables, risks, issues, changes requests.
  3. Provide guidance and operational support to each project manager and teams.
  4. Monitor and secure quality insurance plans with each project manager, building and tracking issues and remediation plans.
  5. Prepare and animate Transformation Committees to drive alignment, approval process, escalation, etc.
  6. Build and improve documents, templates, and tools to support the project framework.
  7. Act as a coach for project managers on project framework and ensure it is duly enforced.
  8. Facilitate knowledge sharing, best practices, lessons learned across projects.
What you need to successfully complete the mission:

This role requires a combination of operational excellence, project management, and digital transformation. Some of the professional experience and qualities required for this role are:

  1. At least 8 years of experience in managing operational projects within scope, time, cost, and quality constraints.
  2. Proven track record of planning and executing operational activities for various transformation projects, especially in fast-moving and midsize companies.
  3. Excellent communication and pedagogical skills to explain complex concepts to a variety of audiences.
  4. Ability to work effectively with project teams, sponsors, customers, vendors, employees, stakeholders.
  5. Pragmatism and adaptability.
  6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  7. Mastery of project management methodologies, tools, standards, processes.
  8. High attention to detail, accuracy, quality compliance.
  9. Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, engineering, or related field.
