Vous participerez à la transformation numérique, en soutenant des projets innovants au sein de l'équipe de transformation numérique. Le poste vous permettra de développer vos compétences en gestion de projets numériques tout en collaborant avec des experts de différents domaines dans un environnement complexe et international.

Responsabilités

• Gérer et soutenir le cadrage des cas d'utilisation numériques.
• Préparer et animer des sessions de cadrage de cas d'utilisation numériques.
• Suivre le développement des POCs avec les équipes techniques.

About the Digital Transformation Office :

The Digital Transformation Office aims to embark on digital project journeys and support in identifying impactful business issues, assessing impact & viability; leveraging digital tools, methods & mindset to generate new ideas for tools, products, processes, services, the technology & feasibility; solving specific user needs with a user-centric approach. The goal is to quickly identify, visualize, prioritize, and formalize pain points, business issues, and savings opportunities into framed projects.

Within GIT, the role of the Group Data Office & Digital Transformation is to lead the transformation across business functions and processes, particularly implementing a Data / AI / GenAI driven culture by fostering innovation, expertise, and business satisfaction.

Your mission, roles, and responsibilities

• Manage and support the scoping of digital use cases from the roadmap for internal customers across the company (all Business Groups: Seating, Clean Mobility, Interior Systems & all Functions: Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Sales, Finance…)
• Follow-up on the different Proof Of Concept (POC) developed in the team using the latest technologies (Generative AI, Large Language Models, Machine Learning models for predictions, etc.)

Reporting directly to the Digital Transformation Team, your missions will be :

• Prepare and animate digital use case scoping sessions
• Understand business pain points and processes
• Create high-level specifications and mock-ups based on data, process, and business feature requirements
• Propose solutions, team structure, and planning to internal customers
• Use existing tools and methodologies, and propose improvements

Follow-up on Proof of Concept development:

• Track the development of POCs with technical teams (technical leaders, data scientists, data engineers) during weekly meetings
• Ensure all business requirements (data, features, rules) are provided for technical teams
• Share progress with the business and iterate in an agile manner

Able to collaborate effectively with others, considering different perspectives on methodologies and technologies.
