The Independents, Paris, is rolling out a transformation program focused on AI use cases and digital adoption across agencies. You will lead training and enablement, design communications, and build a scalable toolkit to empower users, while coordinating with strategy, IT and agency partners.

Responsabilités

• Design and run the training and communications strategy per user profile/agencies.
• Build and maintain the adoption toolkit (guides, use case cards, quick references, videos).
• Own the communications and training calendar (launches, toolkit sends, pulse checks).
• Run ambassador network sessions; engage with agency users.
• Track adoption metrics and relay blockers to Core Team; support executive reporting.

The Independents is rolling out a transformation program (AI use cases, tech developements, Gemini Enterprise, …), which is entering its deployment phase: training, toolkits, adoption tracking, and agency-by-agency change support.

We need someone to support the team on the rollout, working alongside the strategy, tech teams, HR and agencies.

MISSIONS

Training & enablement on digital projects

• Design and run the training and communication strategy per user profile / agencies (strategy, roadmap, plan…)
• Build and maintain the adoption toolkit (guides, use case cards, quick reference materials, videos, …) in a format agency teams will use
• Own the communications and training calendar (launch, toolkit send, pulse checks, follow-up nudges)

AI Ambassador network and agency relationship

• Run the ambassador network on use case deployment: brief, support, and keep them engaged across agencies
• Sit in front of users directly: run sessions, answer questions…

Adoption tracking and support

• Track adoption (usage, pulse surveys, barriers) and feed blockers back to the Core Team
• Manage and coordinates requests from users and escalat[??]
• Support to executive reporting on transformation

KEY STAKEHOLDERS

• Chief of Staff / Tranformation
• Chief IT Officer

PROFILE

• 3-5 years experience in project management and/or change management
• Both fluent in English and in French required
• Genuine interest in digital and AI without necesarly developing technical skills; comfortable working alongside IT/Tech stakeholders and picking up broader transformation topics over time. Quite good understanding of Google Suite is a plus
• Structured, organized, comfortable owning a calendar of deliverables (trainings, comms, toolkits) end-to-end
• Proactive, autonomous: brings ideas and solutions
• Comfortable building presentation materials independently (decks, toolkits, training content, videos) and delivering oral presentation
• Experience in working closely with agency or luxury environments is a plus
