We are building the next big thing by creating an incredible user experience to reinvent video consumption and distribution. We are looking for a Product Designer with 3-5+ years of experience to join our talented remote design team.

Our B2B product helps content creators monetize, monitor, and manage their content. You will be responsible for designing interfaces and interaction models from inception to release, collaborating with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to define and refine the product, focusing on interaction details, labels, and flows. Your role involves understanding the 'what' and the 'how' of design, always questioning the purpose behind solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Balance best practices with innovation to create exceptional products
• Act as a systems thinker, paying attention to details while understanding the big picture
• Apply human-centered design principles and advocate for the end-user
• Develop solutions that meet user needs and simplify production
• Design from interaction systems to pixel-perfect interfaces
• Express brand design attributes within the product and web-to-product pages
• Collaborate effectively with team members and motivate others
• Support user research and usability testing to ensure usability and simplicity
• Utilize our design framework optimally
• Contribute to and promote a vibrant design culture within Dailymotion and the wider community

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in digital product interface design, preferably in SaaS, media, dashboards, data visualization, or admin tools
• Experience with human-centered design processes and methodologies
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma and ability to learn new tools quickly
• Experience with evolving and using a design system
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, data insight, and user research
• Knowledge of web technologies and their influence on design feasibility
• Experience designing for responsive web, iOS, and Android platforms
• Familiarity with agile design and development processes
• Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills (English fluency required)
• Highly organized, analytical, and proactive
• Master's degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent professional experience
