Job Description

Procter & Gamble Amiens plant, located in the Somme department, is the largest P&G production site in Europe and the 2nd largest in the world. We are specialized in the production of household and cleaning products and every day we produce millions of bottles of trusted brands like Ariel, Lenor and Febreze to serve our consumers around the world. We are looking for a passionate Digital Process Engineer to join our team in a permanent position. You will be involved in several digital projects aimed at optimizing our manufacturing, packaging, and shipping processes. As a Digital Process Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing and optimizing existing processes by integrating innovative digital solutions.
  • Defining user requirements and developing clear functional specifications for digital tools.
  • Developing and deploying solutions using tools such as Power BI and Power Apps to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Documenting processes (technical and functional) and providing training for end users.
  • Collaborating with multifunctional teams (Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering) to ensure the integration of solutions into existing workflows.
  • Monitoring the performance of implemented solutions and proposing continuous improvements.
