Qualifications

• Expérience de plus de 8 ans en conception fonctionnelle PLM, de préférence dans une industrie de processus.
• Connaissance de la conception produit et processus, y compris l'ingénierie système basée sur les modèles.
• Familiarité avec les applications de Machine Learning et les Transformers.

As the LEDP platform functional lead, you will play a critical role in driving the implementation and management of Sanofi's M&S Launch activities, to secure our future product launches.

About the job

The LEDP Functional Lead is responsible for capturing, analyzing, and harmonizing business requests, and determining the best methods to address business problems using the 3DExperience platform. This includes selecting relevant 3DExperience components, mapping data business models to 3DExperience objects, and defining workflows and lifecycle management of these objects.

LEDP is critical for building data continuity between CMC and Launch units, enabling paperless tech transfers, and serving as a foundation for other digital tools such as Launch readiness Control tower, One click TT, One click Dossier, and Integrated Collaborative Scheduling.

This is a functional leadership role requiring business acumen, deep knowledge of 3DExperience, and strong experience in PLM solution implementation. It involves direct interaction with Business representatives (including Business Process Owners, Business System Owners), Product Owners, the LEDP Technical Lead, the Launch Engine PMO, and the Software Provider.

The LEDP Functional Lead manages an internal team of Production Configuration Engineers and is responsible for defining, following up, and receiving the execution of design work subcontracted to external partners.

The role also involves ensuring alignment of functional requests impacting the LEDP platform across the enterprise and making sure component and data model implementation decisions align with future needs. Challenging business requests and processes, proposing innovative ways of working, and contributing to digital transformation and performance are also key responsibilities.

Responsibilities include:

1 / Ensure solution design fit to purpose :

• Ensure harmonization of business requests for implementation (e.g., Launch Engine and Integrated Collaborative scheduling)
• Lead design authority from a solution perspective, selecting appropriate 3DExperience modules and objects to meet business needs, maximizing out-of-the-box usage
• Own functional design: sign off on how business storyboards translate into detailed use cases and non-functional requirements; iterate through design workshops with SMEs; prepare gap analysis and trade-offs
• Create and maintain business process blueprints, covering logical data models and required configurations and customizations
• Collaborate on creating integration/interface specifications with Enterprise and System Architects
• Pilot proofs of concept, document, and demonstrate use case design principles for validation and acceptance
• Develop functional and non-functional specifications (performance, security, protocols, sequences, etc.)
• Document data quality requirements and impact assessments, contributing to technical specifications
• Coordinate with LEDP Technical Lead to confirm feasibility
• Contribute to platform and product roadmaps in close collaboration with Product Owners
• Manage Product Configuration Engineers

2 / Platform deployment and usage :

• Support business deployment of solutions with expertise
• Ensure solution aligns with business expectations in functionality and ergonomics

3 / OOTB evolution :

• Follow Dassault System’s roadmap evolution and influence product roadmap to meet Sanofi needs
• Create and follow up on Product Enhancement Requests with Dassault Systems
• Participate in weekly design authority meetings with DS and biweekly governance meetings

About You

Education / Certifications :

• B.Sc in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; an M.Sc is preferred

Skills :

• 8+ years of experience in PLM functional solution design, preferably in a process industry
• Knowledge of product and process design, including model-based systems engineering from design to qualification
• Experience with Dassault System 3DExp platform implementation (post 2018), especially Delmia data model
• Experience with Business Process Mapping and managing complexity
• Understanding of master data principles and overlaps among digital platforms (PLM, ERP, MES, SCM, etc.)
• Familiarity with Transformers and Machine Learning applications
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are assets)
• Interpersonal skills for mentoring and cross-functional collaboration
• Stakeholder management experience
