Qualifications

  • Au moins 3 ans d'expérience en conception de solution PLM, de préférence dans les industries de processus.
  • Compréhension approfondie des processus métier.
  • Connaissance de la conception de produit/processus et des systèmes basés sur des modèles.

Responsabilités

  • Harmoniser et challenger les demandes métiers pour implémentation.
  • Participer à l'autorité de conception de solutions et maximiser l'utilisation d'OOTB.
  • Développer des spécifications fonctionnelles et non fonctionnelles.

Manufacturing and Supply (M&S) connects R&D to patients through the production of active ingredients, drugs, vaccines, delivery devices, and distribution. The patient remains central to our strategy, translating into quality medicines produced by dedicated teams.

As a Platform Functional Expert, you will drive the implementation and management of Sanofi's M&S Launch activities, ensuring successful new product launches.

About the Job

The Digital Platform Functional Expert captures, analyzes, and harmonizes business requests within her/his domain, determining optimal solutions using the 3DExperience platform. This includes mapping data models, defining workflows, and ensuring seamless integration.

This role is key to building data continuity between CMC and Launch units, enabling paperless tech transfers, and supporting digital tools like Launch readiness Control tower, One click TT, and others.

The role requires business acumen, knowledge of 3DExperience, and experience with PLM solutions, interfacing with Business stakeholders, Product Owners, Technical Teams, and Software Providers.

Responsibilities include:

1 / Solution Design:

  • Harmonize and challenge business requests for implementation
  • Participate in solution design authority, maximizing OOTB usage
  • Translate business stories into detailed use cases and requirements
  • Conduct gap analyses and present trade-offs for seamless integration
  • Create and maintain business process blueprints
  • Collaborate on interface specifications with architects
  • Lead proofs of concept and document design principles
  • Develop functional and non-functional specifications
  • Document data quality and legacy migration strategies
  • Coordinate with Technical Teams on feasibility
  • Contribute to platform roadmap and product roadmaps
  • Support support teams and support problem resolution
  • Ensure end-user, security, and GxP considerations are integrated
  • 2 / Platform Deployment:

  • Support business in deploying solutions with expertise
  • Ensure solutions meet business expectations
  • 3 / OOTB Evolution:

  • Follow Dassault Systemes roadmap updates
  • Manage Product Enhancement Requests
  • About You

    Education / Certifications:

  • B.Sc in Computer Science or related; M.Sc preferred
  • Skills:

  • 3+ years in PLM solution design, preferably in process industries
  • Deep understanding of business processes
  • Knowledge of product/process design, model-based systems
  • Experience with Dassault Systèmes 3DExp platform (post-2018), especially Delmia
  • Business Process Mapping skills
  • Understanding of master data principles and digital platform overlaps
  • Familiarity with Transformers and Machine Learning
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are assets
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
