We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in SEO, SEM, and digital campaign execution to lead performance marketing efforts across Latin America . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with paid media, search optimization, and multilingual marketing strategies tailored to diverse Latin American audiences.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and execute SEO strategies to drive organic growth across Latin American markets.
  • Manage and optimize SEM and Display campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Run paid social campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn, ensuring effective integration with other marketing channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance and develop actionable insights using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, and Mixpanel.
  • Develop strategies and report on key metrics to improve international marketing performance, specifically in Latin America.
  • Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms including Google Ads Manager, Microsoft Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager.

Required Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS marketing with a focus on multimedia acquisition in the Latin American region.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in building and executing global SEO strategies, with a strong understanding of regional nuances.
  • 2–3 years of experience managing paid search, display, and social campaigns, with proven results in ROI and audience engagement.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights and present performance reports.
  • Familiarity with key digital tools and platforms for campaign management and analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • English fluency required, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese business proficiency required (written and verbal)
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
