About the Role

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing remote team on a freelance basis. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, data-savvy, and passionate about using digital channels to deliver real-world impact.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram)
  • Design and build ad creatives : static visuals, carousels, reels, videos, and motion graphics
  • Oversee SEO and keyword strategy to improve website visibility
  • Create or coordinate content for emails, blogs, landing pages, and social media
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions)
  • Manage email marketing platforms and automation workflows (Zapier, etc)
  • Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2B and B2C environments
  • Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and other digital marketing tools
  • Proficient in automation tools such as Zapier
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Self-starter comfortable with remote work, deadlines, and autonomy
  • Passion for healthcare, social impact, or mission-driven work
