CoStar Group’s Apartments.com division is recruiting a Sales Associate in Raleigh, NC. The role focuses on developing new business and growing existing accounts by selling digital marketing solutions to multifamily clients.

As a Sales Associate, you will deliver engaging presentations, visit clients in person, and drive revenue through prospecting and solution development. The position includes extensive training and exposure to industry experts.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college or university.
• Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to regularly drive for extended periods and intermittently throughout the workday.
