Your opportunity

The Digital Marketing Manager will be part of the Digital Services Transformation & customer experience department. The main objective of the Digital Marketing Manager will be to increase worldwide penetration for all our digital service products (spare parts, maintenance, line improvements, packaging and line conversion, training, etc.) by promoting them online, attracting and retaining customers, and optimizing service communication across digital channels.

Your Mission

  • Lead services digital marketing strategy, improve products visibility thanks to a customer-centric approach.
  • Manage direct and personalized email campaigns in collaboration with communication teams and ensure a consistent and engaging digital presence.
  • Define the services portfolio to be published on eCommerce with the support of Services product managers & eCommerce director.
  • Boost online sales, generate leads, track global performance and use campaigns data to optimize future efforts.
  • Follow eCommerce marketing projects with the eCommerce director & the Business lines Services with the objective to increase services promotion & penetration
  • Run customers surveys campaigns.
  • Boost awareness & adoption rate (success story, testimonials, …), coach and guide user
  • Interface with e-commerce, product manager services digital & customer experience manager

Your Profile

You hold a degree in Engineering or Business Administration and you are fluent in both French and English .

A background in Marketing and Services is essential , along with a strong entrepreneurial mindset in the tech field.

You demonstrate excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence rather than hierarchy. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and solid business and financial fundamentals are key to success in this role.

You are an effective communicator across all formats—written, verbal, presentations, and negotiations —and you maintain a sharp awareness of trends at the intersection of technology, after-sales service, and marketing.
