We are seeking a driven digital marketing professional to help us expand our reach, enhance our service positioning, and generate leads.

In this growth phase, you'll work closely with senior management on strategy and shadow the sales team to understand market dynamics and our solutions.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership and contribute to a culture that values innovation and efficiency.

Key responsibilities:
  1. Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns (email, blogs, social media)
  2. Create strategies to increase online traffic and lead generation
  3. Produce content for social media, blogs, case studies, and other materials
  4. Utilize techniques including paid search, SEO, and PPC
  5. Measure and report on campaign performance against goals (ROI, KPIs)
  6. Identify trends and optimize spend and performance accordingly
  7. Manage website development to improve usability, design, content, and conversions
  8. Manage marketing budgets effectively
  9. Collaborate with external stakeholders, agencies, and partners
  10. Perform ad-hoc graphic design tasks for sales collateral and presentations
Ideal candidate will have:
  1. A comprehensive marketing background with hands-on digital experience
  2. Proven success in sales and lead generation environments
  3. Experience with graphic design software like Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Canva
  4. Understanding of PPC and SEO management
  5. Experience with marketing automation tools such as Force24 or HubSpot
