You will work closely with colleagues from DASSAULT SYSTEMES digital owners (Marketing, Communication, Web) and provide localized content to help the GEOs execute digital marketing and communication campaigns aimed at achieving revenue and awareness, as well as attract the right audiences.

• Project Planning and Coordination :
  • Plan, execute, and oversee digital content localization projects from initiation to completion
  • Manage timelines, and milestones, and monitor progress against established goals
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including content creators, translators, developers, and marketing specialists
• Quality Assurance :
  • Coordinate with vendor to deliver on-time and on budget
  • Implement RCA if needed to uphold high standards of localization accuracy and consistency
  • Conduct regular reviews and testing to identify and resolve issues proactively
• Technical Proficiency :
  • Utilize localization tools and software platforms to facilitate efficient project workflows
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges related to digital content localization and recommend solutions
• Stakeholder Communication :
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding project status, updates, and challenges
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among global teams and departments
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the localization workflow
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital content localization
• Gain a solid understanding of the DASSAULT SYSTEMES 3DEXPERIENCE Platform

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who has a minimum of four years of experience working in a professional environment - preferably in the Localization industry.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills. We’re looking for someone that can multi-task and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Someone with a passion to learn about our digital platforms and become a Localization evangelist to help content creator think multilingual
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a global mindset
• Strong presentation, written and communication skills
• Collaborate with other teams (Marketing, Communication, Web, Development, International)
• Educate, interact, and manage Localization suppliers
• Support stakeholders who execute, develop & optimize the performance of localized content
• Assessing project risks and prioritization
• Tracking and monitoring of Localization projects, reporting to internal stakeholders
• Detailed-oriented attitude
• Strong understanding of localization principles, processes, and tools (, CAT tools, TMS)
• Tech-savvy (knowledge of Digital tools, CMS-Drupal is a plus)
• Proficiency in additional languages preferred
• Certification in project management (, PMP) is a plus
