Job Responsibilities:

• Website management: Assist in auditing and managing web content, review and update content regularly, improve user navigation, monitor mobile responsiveness, and support SEO/SEM strategies.
• Digital Presence enhancement: Enhance visibility on platforms like TripAdvisor and Google My Business, update profiles, and develop strategies to improve ranking on indirect web channels.
• Social Media: Execute social media strategies, develop and schedule posts, create engaging content, and engage with followers and influencers.
• Electronic Direct Mail marketing: Manage customer database, create targeted email campaigns, and track campaign performance.
• Graphic Assets & Design: Maintain graphic assets, design marketing materials, and collaborate on promotional content.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• At least one year of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Understanding of digital marketing principles, tools like Google Analytics, social media, and email marketing software.
• Proficiency in graphic design software and video editing tools.
• Excellent command of English, strong copywriting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
