As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role sits at the heart of our creative and digital world : part storyteller, part strategist, and part problem-solver. We're looking for someone who doesn't just follow trends but brings fresh ideas to the table, goes the extra mile, and always finds a way forward.
What You'll Do
Your mission is to bring Scarlett Poppies' digital presence to life - combining creativity, precision, and a strong commercial mindset.
- E-commerce management : Own our Shopify site end-to-end - product uploads, merchandising, navigation, CRO, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Customer journey : Shape a path that inspires at every step, from discovery to checkout.
- Campaigns & launches : Run site updates, collection drops, and promotions that are beautifully aligned with our aesthetic.
- E-commerce performance : Drive Scarlett Poppies' online sales growth by hitting defined monthly, seasonal, and yearly sales KPIs. Continuously optimize for higher conversion, stronger AOV, and sustainable growth month on month.
- Data-driven insights : Track traffic, conversions, bounce rates, and other metrics; test and implement improvements that elevate performance.
- Digital assets & content : Create landing pages, banners, visuals, reels, lookbooks, and stories that uplift sales and storytelling.
- Social media : Manage the content calendar across IG, TikTok, and YouTube with engaging, on-brand posts.
- Content capture : Shoot and edit BTS, styling clips, and product details to enrich storytelling.
- Ads & growth : Partner with the Marketing Manager and agency on performance-driven ad concepts.
- Innovation : Explore tools, trends, and AI-powered solutions to sharpen efficiency, creativity, and performance.
- Brand guardianship : Keep the Scarlett Poppies voice and aesthetic consistent across all digital touchpoints.
Who You Are
- You have 3-5 years' experience in a similar role in fashion, ideally in luxury or premium brands.
- You know Shopify inside-out and are confident running e-commerce end-to-end.
- You're results-driven - equally excited by beautiful content and strong sales performance. You understand the numbers and are motivated by hitting goals and growing them season after season.
- You're creative with a strong eye for detail - from visuals to storytelling.
- You bring a portfolio that balances artistic sensibility with marketing-driven storytelling.
- You're fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and comfortable with photography / video workflows.
- You're hardworking, solution-oriented, and always go the extra mile.
- You understand growth metrics and testing methodologies.
- You're tuned into trends across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- You're organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
- You're passionate about style, culture, and craftsmanship.
- Ideally, you've lived abroad or experienced international environments - curious, adaptable, and open-minded.
