Job summary

Schneider Electric in Grenoble is seeking a Digital Marketing & Process Automation Intern to support marketing and operational excellence initiatives within the Software & Subscription Hub (S2H). You will contribute to digital marketing campaigns, content creation, and automation projects using Microsoft 365 tools.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop onboarding materials, and help design e-learning modules, while gaining hands-on experience in Power Platform, data

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Engineering school or Master’s degree in Marketing & Digital technologies.
• Fluent in English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns promoting S2H initiatives, services, and successes.
• Develop engaging content for internal communication channels, newsletters, SharePoint sites.
• Create marketing assets including articles, videos, success stories, and promotional materials.
• Create and maintain onboarding materials for Offer Managers in LoB.
• Develop e-learning modules, videos, and training materials.
• Gather training needs from teams and stakeholders; leverage software to create learning experiences.
• Collaborate with Learning Academy to publish training modules.
• Assist in creating automated workflows using Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Reduce manual tasks and improve data quality through automation.
