Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned, digitally savvy digital marketing apprentice to lead and optimize all aspects of website operations, with a focus on performance, user experience, and lead generation. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze the current website structure, enhance its functionality, and identify opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams to align the website with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Website Operations :

  • Manage day-to-day website operations, including updates, monitoring performance, and ensuring site security.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information on the website.
  • Troubleshoot and respond promptly to website issues.

SEO Management :

  • Implement on-page SEO strategies to boost organic search visibility.
  • Collaborate with external vendors on ongoing optimization efforts.

Performance Optimization :

  • Conduct regular performance, accessibility, and functionality audits.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization in site architecture, SEO, and user flow.
  • Develop strategies to grow subscriber base and improve web traffic metrics.

Digital Marketing Support :

  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align the website with campaigns and strategies.
  • Provide insights and structural improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Web Analytics :

  • Manage and interpret web analytics using tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Monitor website performance metrics and create actionable insights to guide improvements.

Qualifications

  • Experience : Website management experience, with a strong emphasis on lead generation and digital marketing.
