Digital Marketing and Communication Assistant - Apprenticeship (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• Assist with the deployment of the digital communications strategy in line with the company's objectives.
• Create and duplicate visual and textual editorial content specific to target markets (articles, newsletters, white papers, flyers, etc.).
• Assist with the design and publication of online and print marketing content.
• Setting up sales/marketing operations.
• Advertising and press relations operational marketing.
• Participate in the organization of digital marketing campaigns and actions when setting up automation scenarios.
• Help prepare and organize events (webinars, Techdays).
• Design and provide tools and information to the sales team.
• Monitor the performance of actions taken and draw up regular reports.
• Conduct digital competitive intelligence / social media content publishing.
• Participate in the development of the editorial strategy (proactivity): propose subjects for articles and themes - write articles and product information sheets.
• Put content online on CMS (articles, white papers, case studies, product information sheets, etc.).
• Optimize articles already online, duplicate existing content.
• Check compliance with natural referencing rules, internal meshing, image optimization, linkages internal communication.
• Create and send out an internal newsletter to share success stories, company news and current digital operations.
• Create communication media, interviews, and surveys.

• Fluency in English essential (B1-B2).
• Bac +4/+5 level: Business school/ specializing in digital marketing.
• Mastery of the Office package essential (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of social networks (LinkedIn).
• Knowledge of the management principles of a website CMS.
• Mastery of the Adobe suite (InDesign, Photoshop).
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools (Marketo would be a plus).
