Job summary

Airbus Operations SL in Toulouse area seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Business Methods Engineer specializing in data analytics and foundations. You will lead digital transformation projects and define the ME data analytics strategy to improve decision-making across Work Preparation processes.

The role requires a Master’s degree, hands-on experience in Work Preparation, and strong AI/ML knowledge, with English proficiency for negotiations and travel readiness.

Qualifications

• 5-year degree (Master's or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in Manufacturing Engineering Work Preparation activities, with proven project leadership and change management experience.
• Strong knowledge of AI foundations and data flows in Work Preparation.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation projects deploying unified platforms to streamline end-to-end Preparation Dossier creation across plants and FALs.
• Define and set the ME Data Analytics Strategy and act as Data Custodian.
• Drive process automation initiatives using RPA, ML, and AI solutions in the Work Preparation perimeter.
• Ensure compliance and governance per Airbus Export Control Regulations with digital tools.
• Provide technical expertise and change management to transnational teams through coaching and facilitation.
• Support end-to-end data integration across SOI, BoM, Routing, and drawings.
