Qualifications

• Background in Mechanical, IT, or related Engineering fields.
• Proven hands-on experience in Airbus ME Work Preparation activities and E2E data flows.
• Experience in project leadership, change management, and Airbus Export Control regulations.
• Essential expertise in Palantir Foundry (Skywise) or programming skills, alongside AI foundations.
• Negotiation level in English; additional languages (French, German, Spanish) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the digital transformation of ME Work Preparation by deploying unified platforms (e.g., MEGA).
• Define and execute the ME Data Analytics Strategy and data products portfolio for OMMD.
• Drive process automation across ME Work Preparation using RPA, ML, and AI technologies.
• Ensure data consistency and compliance with Airbus Export Control regulations using targeted tools.
• Provide expert support and lead change management across plants, FALs, and transnational teams.
