Une entreprise leader dans le domaine de la communication recherche un responsable de la performance digitale à Paris. Ce rôle implique la conception de stratégies numériques pour des clients de luxe, la gestion des initiatives de performance et la coordination d'équipes. Les candidats idéalement possèdent plus de 3 ans d'expérience avec une forte connaissance des canaux numériques. Des compétences en leadership et en analyse sont également requises, ainsi qu'une maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.

Qualifications

Integrated within the international consulting team dedicated to a major luxury player, you will act as the 360° digital performance lead (Search, Social, Display, Programmatic, Data, eRetail, etc.).

You will oversee high-stakes, business-driven initiatives and embody the ambition of delivering a seamless, measurable, refined, and high-quality customer experience.

  • Key Responsibilities :

Digital Performance & Strategy

  • Design and activate full-funnel, results-oriented strategies (drive-to-ecommerce, ROAS, incremental sales, customer journey).
  • Work hand-in-hand with media experts to ensure consistency and maximum effectiveness across all digital channels.
  • Define ambitious, actionable KPIs tailored to the standards of the luxury sector.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities (media, platforms, influencers, retail media).
  • Recommend and advocate for innovative solutions (data clean rooms, premium programmatic, exclusive collaborations).
  • Client Consulting & Operational Management
  • Serve as the client's day-to-day point of contact, ensuring excellence in both communication and deliverables.
  • Prepare and lead strategic presentations and performance reviews.
  • Oversee internal processes (quotes, reporting, approvals, planning).
  • Analysis & Reporting
  • Produce structured, business-oriented campaign analyses and storytelling.
  • Identify growth opportunities and recommend tangible optimizations.
  • Leverage consumer insights via data to refine activations.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a digital strategy / activation role with a performance focus (agency or client-side).
  • Experience with high-value clients (luxury, selective beauty, watchmaking, fashion, premium lifestyle, etc.).
  • Comfortable managing multi-channel coordination and high-level client relationships.
  • Ability to translate business challenges into high-performing digital mechanics.

Key Skills :

  • Strong knowledge of digital channels and the media ecosystem.
  • Proficiency with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, DV360, Analytics, social listening tools, and retail media.
  • Strategic vision, analytical rigor, and editorial finesse.
  • A taste for challenge, precision, and elegance in execution.
  • Natural leadership and initial experience managing teams.

Languages :

  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written) is essential.

Tools :

  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting tools.
