Job Description:

Role and responsibilities

Within Saint-Gobain Digital & IT Organization and reporting to the Digital Solutions Projects Methods & Portfolio Manager, your role involves defining, analyzing, and optimizing the processes and methods used by the Digital Solutions teams in project and product delivery. The goal is to support these teams in achieving maximum efficiency and continuous improvement, ensuring value delivery and satisfaction for internal business partners and customers. You will also connect business stakeholders with the Digital Solutions processes.

Key activities include:

1. Drive implementation of the product transformational roadmap across the three pillars of the Product Ops Center:

• Enhance team expertise and organizational culture through training, education, and coaching.
• Improve processes, artifacts, tools, and knowledge within the Product Team System framework.
• Support management of Digital Solutions products through discovery, design, and delivery optimizations.

1. Support management and continuous improvement of the Digital Solutions Portfolio, Processes, and Methods to reduce time to market and costs:

• Rationalize existing processes and advise teams on best practices and methodologies.
• Implement standard processes, tools, and metrics, and foster adoption through feedback and training.

1. Contribute to governance and portfolio management processes:

• Implement customer satisfaction tracking models and liaise with business partners.
• Support compliance with governance frameworks and tools.
• Enhance communication strategies and support the rollout of ITSM processes.

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies

• Extensive experience in project and product management.
• Experience with Digital Transformation, Applications, Software, UX/UI.
• Understanding of ITSM processes.
• Strong communication skills to promote new working methods.
• Focus on continuous improvement, customer-centricity, and value.
• Strong analytical skills for data handling and reporting.
• Experience with international teams is a plus.
• Proficiency in Business English, both written and verbal.

Location

This role is based at Saint-Gobain Headquarters in La Défense, France, with occasional business trips expected.
