Job Role

The IT Infrastructure Analyst role will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the organization's IT infrastructure. This role involves analyzing current systems, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance performance and security. The analyst will work closely with various teams to ensure that IT services align with business needs and support operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support for desktop and laptop hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve user-reported issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and application software on PCs.
• Monitor and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new technologies and software applications.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience :

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management or technical support
• Experience in desktop operating systems (Windows 10 , 11) and common office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Knowledge of hardware components, troubleshooting techniques, and repair processes.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and basic troubleshooting of network issues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality support.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
