We are currently seeking a Digital Initiative Change Manager, reporting directly to Change Management Director to join our Digital & Information team based in Nanterre, Paris, France.

About the mission we offer you:
  • Maintain the methodology of the Change Management Kit
  • Keep the Change Management Kit templates updated and accessible for end users.
  • Coaching and Collaboration: Introduce and walk through the key actions and templates of the Change Management Kit with all new business-facing digital initiatives
  • Provide guidance to teams to complete the change level assessment of how much change management effort is required for their initiative
  • Organize and animate regular bootcamps to onboard new initiatives to the kit and help them begin filling out the templates for the first phase
  • Act as a coach for select Business Product Owners & Digiteam Product Leads to successfully deploy the Digital Change Management Kit (communication, training & engagement actions) as they move through the different phases of their initiative
  • Mentor and work closely with Change Manager from the Business on successful deployment of the Change Management Kit
  • Stakeholder Management: Map supporters and resistors amongst DAP Business Product Owners & Digiteam Product Leads
  • Identify action plan to overcome resistors & action plan to use supporters in overall deployment
  • Measurement and Reporting: Define and measure KPIs and success metrics for deployment of the Digital Change Management Kit
  • Additional Responsibilities: Support organizational-level change management efforts and manage the change portfolio.
  • Coordinate efforts with other specialists to ensure a unified approach to change.

  • Proficiency in managing resistance and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Leadership and coaching skills to support senior leaders and managers.
  • Analytical skills to measure success metrics and track change progress.
  • Ability to integrate change management activities into project plans.
