Overview
Digital HR Solution Technical Manager role at CMA CGM Group, with CMt focus on HR solutions portfolio. The Technical Team Manager oversees the technical aspects of HR solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational needs, while driving innovation. Leads the HR Digital Product Owners team oriented on technical expertise and coordinates activities to maintain consistency between processes. Ensures operational stability for customers and maintains a global view to foresee new technologies, methods, or tools that can enhance or transform existing HR solutions.

Mission: The Technical Team Manager is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of the HR solutions portfolio, ensuring its alignment with organizational needs while driving innovation. He/She will ensure the seamless integration, maintenance, and performance of HR solutions, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
- Enhancements & Integrations: Manage advanced configurations of HR solutions and ensure that HR tools are well-integrated with other systems, promoting data flow and system coherence.
- Plan, test, and deploy new versions/releases of HR solutions and ensure compatibility with existing configurations and processes.
- Set up and maintain development, testing, and production environments for HR solutions.
- Map, optimize, and standardize technical documentation about the HR solutions and the integrations between other systems.
- Maintain the performance, security, and scalability of HR solutions for customers.
- Monitor the Level 3 support activities within the team, ensuring swift resolution of complex incidents and requests.
- Advise the organization on potential enhancements, integrations, or replacements based on emerging technologies.
- Participate in support activities as a third level (maximum 30%) on the support chain, centralizing the expertise.
- Documentation workbooks and global data models: Updated configuration documents with the current configuration of the solutions.
- Integrations Map: Updated map of all existing integrations in the HR solutions and status on their current deployment.
- Permissions framework: update documentation on existing roles and capabilities to export the current configuration and organize regular audits.
- Detailed quarterly reports on updates on ongoing initiatives.
Qualifications
- The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of IT services and Product Management in complex organizations with proven relationship management strengths and ability to build partnerships and drive direction and effective product backlogs.
- High-level communication ability with verbal, written and interpersonal skills essential for success.
- Strong analytical ability with innovative and creative thinking and robust business and technology acumen.
- Experience in cloud environments.
- Minimum five years of solid experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including SAP BTP; familiarity with SAP, and familiarity with other platforms (e.g., Workday Adaptive Planning, Docebo) is a plus.
- Good understanding of HR software architectures and latest tech trends relevant to HR solutions.
- Proven track record in project management, especially in a tech environment.
- Ability to understand and act as a team referee to know existing IT solutions of the Group to rely on.
- Ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders; strong communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Degree in engineering or university-level coursework.
- Good level of English mandatory; French proficiency ideal.
