Digital HR Communications & Employee Experience Intern - M/F, Paris

Pernod Ricard, the world's No. 2 in wines & spirits, is seeking a Digital Communications & Employee Experience Intern for 6 months from January to June 2025. The internship is based at our central Paris office near Saint Lazare.

This role is pivotal in enhancing employee experience and supporting our company's transformation through the development of a modern learning ecosystem and engaging learning experiences aligned with our evolving goals.

Your key missions:
  • Support the Pernod Ricard University team in designing and delivering upskilling programs, overseeing content creation, testing, and translation in 13 languages, as well as organizing learning sessions.
  • Contribute to the UX design and technical testing of the new learning ecosystem and oversee the migration of learning materials.
  • Assist in promoting the new learning culture and programs across affiliates, designing communication assets to foster adoption.
Candidate profile:
  • Major in Communications or Human Resources from a business school or university.
  • Tech-savvy with an interest in digital news.
  • Curious, autonomous, interested in competency development, and able to work in international teams.
  • Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Please note: Applicants must be able to complete a 6-month internship and have an agreement issued by their school/university.

Benefits:
  • Gross salary from 1410€ (Bac +4 and gap year) to 1550€ (Bac +5) per month.
