Job summary

Uriach is seeking an experienced Digital Manager to join the COPMED brand team in France. The role focuses on improving online visibility, increasing website traffic, and coordinating multichannel digital campaigns across email, social media, and web projects.

You will define and manage email marketing programs, automate customer loyalty, and collaborate with IT and external agencies to deliver high-quality content and effective digital experiences.

Qualifications

• Degree in Digital Marketing or related field.
• Experience in digital marketing, online communications, or e-commerce.
• Proven experience managing websites and digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience developing multichannel strategies and acquiring new B2B and B2C customers.
• Experience managing external agencies and marketing projects.
• Previous team management experience is an advantage.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate with marketing, communications, and IT teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing websites and digital tools.
• Defining and planning all email marketing campaigns (promotional, corporate, product-related, and health information emails, etc.).
• Managing email automation and customer loyalty strategies.
• Managing social media strategies, including community management and social media advertising.
• Improving the company's online visibility and increasing traffic to its websites through SEA, SEO, display advertising, and other digital marketing techniques.
• Analysing campaign results and ROI, and adjusting strategies in line with the allocated budget.
• Overseeing the creation of high-value marketing content, including blog posts, white papers, and e-books.
• Managing all web projects in coordination with IT teams and external service providers, such as agencies, copywriters, bloggers, and graphic designers.
• Monitoring competitors by analysing their websites, social media presence, and web traffic.
• Identifying and sourcing new web service providers
