Nexans has initiated a major strategic orientation towards innovation to support its growth in value rather than in volume.

Within Corporate Innovation, Service and Growth Department, the Digital and Data Innovation team oversees the development of new solutions leveraging on digital, analytics and AI technologies. The position plays a role into the Digital Factory who is delivering digital solutions for the department and for the group.

To strengthen the growth of our Digital Factory (several squads) we are looking for a Digital Factory Delivery Manager. The successful candidate will manage end to end the delivery & run of digital solutions (on time, with the right level of quality and into budget framed)

Responsibilities and duties:

The Digital Factory Delivery Manager is responsible for the end-to-end implementation of digital solutions and their maintenance in operational condition over time.

  • Ensure the delivery of Digital Factory projects and products on time, quality and on budget
  • Ensure the running of solutions. Implementation and monitoring of tools to monitor and detect production incidents on its application portfolio.
  • Coordinate development, design, and testing teams to ensure quality and consistency of deliverables
  • Lead the projects, Sprint Demo/Retro/Planning and Daily committees of the different squads.
  • Define and monitor project plans, Digital Factory milestones (portfolio of 10 projects)
  • Build and monitor indicators to ensure delivery performance
  • Manage risks, issues, and project scope changes
  • Collaborate with product teams, internal or external customers (project scoping, kick-off, follow-up)
  • Coordinate with the Cloud Foundation teams to ensure the implementation of best practice recommendations and process monitoring
  • Contribute to the vision and roadmap of the Digital Factory (process, method, tooling)
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and propose solutions to improve the Digital Factory's processes and tools.
  • Manage supplier relations for the follow-up and evolution of teams and squads.
  • Manage the order process and invoicing in line with the defined budget
Profile:

Beyond a diploma, we are looking for digital technology and product enthusiasts, with a good level of technical English and at least 7 years' experience in a similar position or as a Program Leader or in project management in an agile context.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of development technologies (Cloud, DevOps, React / .Net)
  • Experience in crisis management and problem solving
  • Management of technical projects (understanding of systems, technical analysis, bug fixing)
  • Experience coordinating complex projects involving multiple teams.
  • Mastery of Agile, Lean methodology (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Azure Cloud solutions and services (Cloud services, Azure DevOps, ...)
  • Knowledge of the following practices: TDD/BDD, CI/CD, DevOps.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS projects would be a plus
