Job Description

Digital Factory is a Line of Business within the Industrial Automation BU offering innovative solutions to customers in targeted industries such as WWW, CPG, MMM, and for Machine OEMs (Packaging). Our solutions enable end users and OEMs to optimize their industrial assets, control processes, and increase energy efficiency.

The Digital Factory portfolio has evolved considerably, bringing best-in-class products to customers. Significant investments in R&D allow us to launch innovative market offers, including industrial software solutions and automation innovations covering Control, Safety, Motion, Robotics, and HMIs, such as EcoStruxure Automation Expert.

Your Role

The Cybersecurity Director holds the global responsibility for executing the Cybersecurity program aligned with company strategy and policies for Digital Factory LoB. Reporting to the R&D VP (Ralf Neubert), this transversal role interacts with all functions within the Line of Business. Digital Factory LoB includes entities like Automation Control, Motion Control, HMI, IIOT, and Eliwell, with a broad portfolio significantly exposed to cybersecurity risks.

Your Missions
  • Manage the Security Advisors Team
  • Deploy the SDL program for Digital Factory LoB
  • Oversee Vulnerabilities and Incident Management
  • Manage Cybersecurity Certification Programs (IEC62443, Cybersecurity Resilience Act)
  • Contribute to Cybersecurity Roadmaps with Business Leaders
  • Handle Cybersecurity Approvals at LoB level (Security Plan, FCSR)
  • Approve Project Stage Gates for Cybersecurity
  • Manage Exceptions with DF leadership and Governance Teams
  • Participate in the Cybersecurity Community and transversal initiatives
  • Manage Cybersecurity Competencies and Training
  • Report and escalate to Leadership as needed
Your Profile
  • Bac+5 with at least 10 years' experience in cybersecurity
  • Cybersecurity expert with leadership and management skills, capable of working in a cross-functional, multicultural environment
Your Competences
  • Strong leadership in operational cybersecurity environments
  • Excellent multicultural communication skills
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Organizational skills with ability to prioritize in a multitask environment
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Deep cybersecurity risk assessment and knowledge, understanding cybersecurity from a business perspective
  • Technical background in Software/Firmware development and Architecture
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity technologies (cryptography, secure architecture, authentication/authorization)
  • Familiarity with OT protocols (Modbus, OPC-UA) and IT protocols (TCP/IP, Web protocols)
  • Understanding of Secure Development Lifecycle activities
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity standards (IEC62443, Cybersecurity Resilience Act)
  • Cybersecurity certifications (CSSLP, CISSP, ISA-IEC62443) are a plus
