The Global HRIS Center of Excellence (CoE) designs, builds, and enhances global HR processes within a cohesive digital framework, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and excellence.

As the Digital Employee Lifecycle Manager France / Core-HR Lead, you will oversee local and global HR processes, ensuring seamless integration with the global ecosystem, driving innovation, and enhancing core-HR solutions worldwide. You will lead transformational projects, enable efficient processes, and foster collaboration between HR, IT, and external stakeholders to add value to internal customers.

The role is twofold: owning end-to-end responsibility for managing Global HRIS solutions in France and contributing to the design and implementation of the solution roadmap globally. Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain: Ensuring the quality and consistency of solutions, meeting business requirements, complying with local regulations, managing community and change management, providing training, and maintaining high resilience through contingency planning.
  • Enhance: Optimizing platform use, focusing on workflows, UX/UI, and HR data management to improve service levels and user experience, acting as a data quality enabler.
  • Develop: Contributing to HRIS evolution projects, designing and implementing solution upgrades, and ensuring compliance across countries, combining HR functional, system, and project management expertise.

You may also be assigned global responsibilities for new modules, working with vendors, integration partners, and IT to ensure solution compliance and alignment with business needs.

You will collaborate with HRIS stakeholders, deliver strategic guidance, coordinate projects, and manage quick wins.

Your profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in HRIS, with a strong HR processes and HCM solutions background
  • Experience in global, fast-paced environments
  • Proficient in deploying cloud-based HCM tools
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Understanding of Business Intelligence systems
  • Ability to connect processes, policies, and tools
  • Familiar with HR legal requirements across countries, including payroll
  • Proven project management success
  • Highly organized, multitasking, solution-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English; Spanish is a plus
