Enabling proactive IT operations and user-centric analytics through Nexthink platform administration and consulting

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Consultant with hands-on expertise in Nexthink platform administration and consulting. In this role, you will leverage Nexthinks powerful analytics, automation, and remediation capabilities to optimize IT services, improve employee experience, and provide actionable insights into endpoint health and user satisfaction.

You will serve as both a technical lead and strategic advisor, working across IT operations, support, and service management teams to deploy, configure, and evolve the use of Nexthink within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Nexthink Platform Administration
  • Administer and configure Nexthink components (Collector, Engine, Portal, Remote Actions, and Campaigns)
  • Manage Nexthink integrations with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) and directory services (e.g., Entra ID / Active Directory)
  • Perform upgrades, patching, license management, and health checks of the Nexthink platform
  • Monitor platform performance and ensure availability, scalability, and security
Digital Experience Monitoring & Analytics
  • Design and build dashboards and investigations to monitor endpoint performance, application usage, and user experience
  • Define KPIs and alert thresholds for digital experience, compliance, and endpoint stability
  • Leverage Nexthink to proactively detect, diagnose, and resolve performance degradation or anomalies across devices
  • Create automated workflows and Remote Actions to remediate common IT issues
  • Design targeted Nexthink Campaigns to collect user feedback, improve satisfaction, and guide change initiatives
  • Analyze sentiment data and support data-driven decisions to improve employee IT experience
  • Work with support teams to reduce tickets and enable proactive service management
Consulting & Strategic Guidance
  • Act as an internal consultant on digital employee experience best practices
  • Advise IT leadership on leveraging Nexthink insights for endpoint modernization, desktop transformation, and service optimization
  • Train and support teams in using Nexthink investigations, visualizations, and remote actions
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience with Nexthink platform administration and analytics
  • Deep understanding of digital employee experience (DEX) concepts and IT performance monitoring
  • Proficiency in building custom dashboards, remote actions, investigations , and campaigns in Nexthink
  • Familiarity with endpoint environments (Windows/macOS), EUC infrastructure, and IT operations
  • Experience integrating Nexthink with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools
Preferred Qualifications
  • Nexthink Certification (Nexthink Associate, Nexthink Professional, or equivalent)
  • Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for custom remote actions
  • Experience with ITIL processes , proactive support, and experience-level agreements (XLAs)
  • Familiarity with device telemetry , compliance, patching, and endpoint configuration management
  • Experience with DEX strategy implementation or digital transformation programs
