British American Tobacco France has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Intern in Paris, France.

We are seeking a driven and motivated Digital Data Analyst Intern to optimize the conversion rate of the group’s websites based on performance analysis of various touchpoints and promotions, providing digital business recommendations. The ideal candidate will handle ecommerce reporting, analyze, and predict digital performance, and manage monitoring tools, data collection/analysis, and ecommerce forecasting.

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Define the most suitable eCommerce KPIs & PIs per channel to optimize the different sources of traffic aligned with the digital team;
2. Manage and optimize digital performance dashboards with multiple stakeholders: Web Analytics, ecommerce, Product performances, etc.
3. Set up daily/weekly/monthly business reports for the digital team, marketing director, and General Manager;
4. Manage digital consumer journey analysis to impact sales results and monitor the promotion impact on the business;
5. Make data more actionable for the digital & brand team to draw insights and feed brand strategies.

What are we looking for?

1. Good knowledge of digital channel strategies, KPIs, tools, and attribution models;
2. A data-driven mindset with strong capability to make data actionable with business recommendations, contributing to the digital transformation of the company. Ability to maintain and create dashboards on Power BI for product performance, consumer behavior, purchase behavior, etc.
3. Knowledge of SQL and Python; familiarity with Dataiku and Fabrics;
4. Advanced English level; French is desirable;
5. BAC+4 or BAC+5 in Business School or Engineering School.
