Une entreprise cosmétique internationale recherche un Coordinateur e-Retail pour assurer le déploiement et l'activation de contenu numérique auprès des partenaires e-retail. Le candidat idéal doit posséder un Bac +3 en Marketing, une expérience en opérations de marketing digital et une maîtrise de l'anglais et du français. Ce rôle exige de solides compétences en gestion de projet et une compréhension des principes SEO. Un contrat à temps plein est proposé.

Qualifications

  • Bac +3 minimum en Marketing ou Digital.
  • 2 à 4 ans d'expérience en coordination de contenu e-commerce.
  • Compréhension solide des formats de contenu et des tendances sur les réseaux sociaux.

Reports to: Head of eRetail

POSITION SUMMARY

This role ensures the delivery and activation of high-quality, high-performing digital content across e-retail partners in EMEA.

Sitting at the crossroads of brand, markets, global stakeholders and e-retailers, this role manages content deployment for new product launches and campaigns, optimizes digital presence, and continuously improves the content journey — including SEO, creative formats, and retail media alignment.

You will be a key enabler of operational excellence, while also supporting strategic insight and content performance recommendations across the region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Content Planning & Execution

  • Act as the coordination point between brand teams, global stakeholders, creative agencies and markets for all e-retail content needs
  • Consolidate regional content need, align timelines, and ensure asset availability for launches and key commercial hallmarks.
  • Coordinate the delivery of visuals, copy, banners, CRM assets, and PDP enhancements across markets and platforms
  • Ensure content complies with retailer specs and brand guidelines

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Monitor digital shelf performance using platforms such as Profitero
  • Track PDP content quality (images, copy, SEO, video) and coordinate corrections with the relevant teams
  • Support A/B testing of creative formats and asset types to identify best-performing solutions
  • Provide recommendations to brand and local teams on what formats, angles, or content types drive better engagement and conversion

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with brand and global content teams to brief, validate, and deliver campaign assets
  • Partner with the Digital Partnership Manager to align content priorities with media and retail planning
  • Support retailer-facing toolkits and content preparation alongside Key Account Managers and local markets
  • Provide timely visibility to stakeholders via trackers, calendars, and dashboards

Creative Strategy and Innovation

  • Act as a regional advisor on e-retail content best practices, including SEO-optimized copy, ratings & reviews, and enhanced content
  • Contribute to strategic reviews with examples of strong/weak executions and performance trends
  • Support the creation of toolkits, guidelines, and recommendations to raise the standard of content deployment across brands and markets
  • Stay connected to digital trends including social-driven content, short-form video, IA, or cross-platform storytelling

Market Enablement

  • Train and support local markets on content processes, tools, and execution standards
  • Identify opportunities to simplify or automate workflows (e.g., metadata tagging, localization tools)
  • Contribute to building an agile, efficient, and insight-driven content deployment model at scale

REQUIRED PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital, Business, or related field
  • 2–4 years’ experience in digital marketing operations, e-commerce content coordination, or brand activation
  • Strong project management skills, detail oriented and ability to coordinate different stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of content formats for PDPs, SEO principles and social media trends (Video, Influencers)
  • Proactive, curious and solution-driven mindset
  • English and French fluency required
