Main responsibilities:

1. Ensure design consistency and timely delivery of creative solutions for products, business, and customers.
2. Define and apply user-centric design metrics to ensure positive user experiences.
3. Develop and maintain ongoing customer relationships and UX opportunities.
4. Collaborate with team members to define, document, and maintain the user experience strategy for Sanofi products and digital solutions.
5. Lead operational excellence and holistic creative thinking across diverse product releases and platforms.
6. Dynamic design portfolio showcasing your design process and shipped products.
7. Experience with iterative design sprints and lean, Agile development processes.
8. Mastery of Figma for design, prototyping, and delivery.
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen, articulate positions, and advocate for designs effectively.
10. Demonstrated ability to navigate complex problems and develop holistic solutions for products and their UX ecosystems.
11. Strong leadership skills with experience leading a team of designers.
