• Maintain a dynamic design portfolio showcasing your process and shipped products.
• Experience with iterative design sprints and Agile development processes.
• Proficiency with Figma for design, prototyping, and delivery.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate and advocate for designs.
• Ability to navigate complex problems and develop holistic solutions.
• Strong leadership experience in leading design teams.
