Planning and Execution
- Strategic Planning: Lead the strategic planning and decision-making processes for enhancing digital learning tools ensuring that projects effectively improve digital learning solutions and align with organizational goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with stakeholders while presenting digital learning strategies. Oversee partnerships with key vendors in the digital learning space to ensure collaboration and alignment.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to LMS / LXP functionality ensuring transparent and effective communication with all stakeholders to facilitate understanding and engagement.
- Training and Support: Train and support the administrators in charge of managing the learning ecosystem.
Platform Management
- Platform Management: Manage Digital Learning Platforms at Alstom (LXPs and other tools in the ecosystem).
- Integration: Manage technical integration of tools with the LXP liaising between the provider and Alstom IT teams to ensure seamless integration within Alstoms IT ecosystem.
- Build specifications: Study and manage the implications of integrations and ensure that specifications are up to date covering all aspects for seamless reporting and catalogue visibility.
- Ensure IT compliance of the tool: Ensure IT compliance of the tool by keeping the Architecture Design Document updated and ensuring the completion of all necessary documentation for business-managed assets.
- Reporting and Documentation: Strategically develop and present progress reports proposals requirements documentation and presentations to drive the effective operation and continuous improvement of digital platforms.
- Internal Communication Tools: Build and monitor internal communication library / tools (e.g. SharePoint).
- Problem Solving: Strategically analyse and address a range of platform-related challenges to drive optimal performance and support organizational objectives.
- Case Management: Coordinate and follow up on case management (prioritizing and escalating) on critical cases with client care of our solutions.
Collaboration Projects
- Collaboration with IS&T and BIS: Collaborate with the IS&T and Business Information Solution (BIS) to implement systems for monitoring analysing evaluating and reporting on progress and achievement relating to all distant learning / digital activities.
- Client Consultation: Analyse clients learning architecture and advise on how to best configure and deploy the Learning Suite and other AU solutions - to meet their needs.
- Functional Expertise: Provide functional expertise during the build phase of a project; configuring and implementing the platform setup and ensuring technical validation.
Educational Requirements
Graduated with a University degree in management or in HR with more than 5 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of successful digital learning implementations.
Desirable: Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript)

- Deep understanding of cloud-based solutions SaaS platforms and web development technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript).

- Expertise in advanced data analysis tools and techniques with the ability to derive actionable insights.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale digital learning projects with a track record of successful delivery.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
