Description du poste

Responsibilities

• You will lead, drive, and manage engagements to achieve revenue and consumption targets.
• You will leverage best practices to guide customer strategy and growth, expanding Azure usage by cultivating customer affinity with Microsoft programs and solutions that create impact and establish Microsoft as a leader. Provide feedback on customer development needs, blockers, or mitigation strategies.
• You will analyze customer usage versus needs, driving increased consumption of cloud and support services based on insights. Use these insights to recommend actions that expand, retain, or optimize customer Azure consumption.
• You will apply technical knowledge and customer insights to create a modernization roadmap, architect solutions that meet business and IT needs, and ensure the technical viability of projects and deployments, orchestrating key resources and technologies.
• You will conduct Architectural Design Sessions to plan solution implementations aligned with customer goals and technical environments.
• You will collaborate with other Digital Cloud Solution Architects and the Microsoft ecosystem to ensure proper deployment of cloud solutions on Azure.
• You will work closely with customers to meet or exceed team targets, manage customer progress in CRM, forecast, assess risks, and develop performance improvement plans during weekly reviews.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in French.
• Experience in technical architecture, consulting, design, implementation, or technical sales.
• Or a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, along with relevant experience.
• Or relevant Microsoft or competitive platform certifications with experience in technical roles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with experience in technical architecture, consulting, design, implementation, or sales.
• Experience with cloud-based solution design, migrations, and management.
