Job Description:

This position involves providing exceptional client service at Christian Dior, focusing on personalized customer interactions, resolving issues efficiently, and exceeding sales and service KPIs. The role requires strong communication skills, brand knowledge, and the ability to work flexibly within a luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver a positive and courteous client experience, embodying Dior's core values.
  2. Resolve client issues with professionalism and empathy via various communication channels.
  3. Escalate complex issues to supervisors for satisfactory resolution.
  4. Maintain alignment with Dior policies in all client communications.
  5. Share brand story, product knowledge, and personalization to enhance customer relationships.
  6. Update and monitor customer information to retain clients and identify high-potential prospects.
  7. Achieve and surpass KPIs related to sales, clienteling, and customer experience.
  8. Propose innovative solutions to client concerns and share successful ideas with the team.
  9. Build strong internal relationships within the Dior network.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bac+2 or higher from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: Prior experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or concierge services.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and at least one of the following at C2 level: French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese, Arabic.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Passion for Dior, strong negotiation skills, multitasking ability, flexible schedule, client-first attitude.
