Description

The Digital Channel Carrier Sales Specialist is responsible for developing the digital experience at our carrier partners, both in France and Benelux.This comes through building with the carrier partners, the roadmap that will enhance the online and omnichannel customer journey, through navigation, payments, trade-in, both onsite and on apps.You will drive all the loyalty journey, from a CRM standpoint and on the online platform and app to improve the customer value.A key responsibility will be to build the key affordability enhancements, both on trade-in and financing.The Digital Specialist will be responsible from securing an efficient customer journey, all year long, for all product launches and during periods, to ensure the customer journey is very smooth.You will be responsible for all online and omnichannel data, from analyzing the sales, traffic, conversion and driving conversion rate optimization initiatives to help driving up the conversion.Lastly you will also be responsible for Apple digital programs for carriers partners, responsible for helping signing it and ensuring the ongoing success of the digital channel.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Proven leadership, and demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-geographically and positively influence people across all functional teams.
  • Deep knowledge and substantial expertise on application of the regional digital consumer behaviors, digital commerce trends, tools and best practices
  • Outstanding problem-solving, creative solution development, and resourcefulness with extreme attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; successfully built buy-in for an innovative vision, including presenting to executives.
  • "Proven experience on project management, driving efforts to ensure proper execution of defined plan. Displayed ability to plan and marshal resources, capabilities, time and efforts to deliver maximum impact on projects.”
  • A strong working knowledge from within the carrier space.
  • You will need to be fluent in both French and English
Preferred Qualifications
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in digital strategy, digital marketing, sales or business development roles within customer-centric Tech Hardware/software, Social Media, Digital or Search companies.
