A leading technology company is looking for a Digital Channel Carrier Sales Specialist to enhance the digital experience with carrier partners in France and Benelux. The role involves managing customer journeys, driving conversion optimization, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The Digital Channel Carrier Sales Specialist is responsible for developing the digital experience at our carrier partners, both in France and Benelux.This comes through building with the carrier partners, the roadmap that will enhance the online and omnichannel customer journey, through navigation, payments, trade-in, both onsite and on apps.You will drive all the loyalty journey, from a CRM standpoint and on the online platform and app to improve the customer value.A key responsibility will be to build the key affordability enhancements, both on trade-in and financing.The Digital Specialist will be responsible from securing an efficient customer journey, all year long, for all product launches and during periods, to ensure the customer journey is very smooth.You will be responsible for all online and omnichannel data, from analyzing the sales, traffic, conversion and driving conversion rate optimization initiatives to help driving up the conversion.Lastly you will also be responsible for Apple digital programs for carriers partners, responsible for helping signing it and ensuring the ongoing success of the digital channel.
