We are currently seeking a Digital Change & Communication Project Manager, reporting directly to Head of Change Management to join our Digital&Information team based in Nanterre, Paris, France.

About the role:

We are looking for a Digital Communication & Change Project Manager to support the execution of the change management strategy related to digital and AI initiatives across our organization. This key position, reporting to the Head of Change Management within Digiteam, will be responsible for supporting the design and leading the execution of the digital communication, training, and programs for our 17,000 employees.

Principal missions:

AI for All Engagement Campaign Manager

  • Oversee the execution of the AI for All engagement campaign (everyday GenAI to launch in Q3 2025) working in close collaboration with supplier


  • Animate internal network of AI champions


  • Coordinate internal stakeholders (Corp Communication, Digital Employee Experience Director, AI Hub, T.EN University) to aid the launch of the campaign episodes


Global Digital Communication

  • Execute the Digital Acceleration Plan (DAP) communication plan to boost user engagement and raise awareness of DAP.


  • Animate the network of Digital Business Partners for Operating Centers in coordination with Digiteam leadership team


  • Supervise an apprentice to create content, process various communication needs of Digiteam stakeholders, managing the Distribution list, and updating Digiteam Intranet pages and VivaEngage posts


  • Track communication KPIs


  • Coordinate large-scale remote meetings (i.e. Townhalls, etc), ensuring seamless pre-event planning and post-event follow-up.


Digital Initiative Communication

  • Work closely with Digital Adoption Kit Coach to support digital initiatives on their communication plans/needs (i.e. offering advice on channels, challenging the clarity of messaging, etc)


Digital Learning Path Coordination

  • Support the Head of Change Management in the definition of the T.EN Digital Learning Path in close collaboration with T.EN University and coordination with Digiteam stakeholders

About you:

  • Degree in Business, Economics or Communication
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in project management or communication field (working on projects)
  • An experience in an IT company or in communicating on Digital topics would be a plus, but not mandatory
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to translate Digital topics to non-Digital stakeholders
  • Strong experience in managing complex and cross-functional projects
  • Ability to influence and mobilize stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Analytical skills to measure the impact of change initiatives
  • Leadership, ability to challenge and unite
  • Strong stakeholder relation skills
  • Adaptability & responsiveness
