We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Digital Business Director to lead our digital initiatives in an exciting agency environment. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping digital strategy, driving innovation, and overseeing performance across multiple regions.

Your role is being the main point of contact of Digital Direction on a portfolio of prestigious clients in retail, fashion, beauty and luxury industry

As a member of Publicis One teams, you will join a multidisciplinary collective focused on collaboration, agility, and operational excellence, all in service of a tailored client relationship.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Digital Leadership : Lead digital efforts across EMEA, LATAM, and India, setting a cohesive strategy and vision that aligns with brand and business objectives. Act as the main point of contact for client's Digital Lead, fostering strong partnerships and communication.
  • Digital & Performance Strategy : Develop and implement cutting-edge digital strategies that align with business goals. Enhance team collaboration and optimize ways of working to drive results.
  • Audience Strategy : Spearhead initiatives in data enrichment, CRM, identification of growth opportunities, and leverage tools to enhance audience engagement.
  • Unified Measurement : Lead the development of a robust measurement framework utilizing RBA, MTA, MMM, and incrementality techniques to drive performance improvements.
  • Innovation & Transformation : Drive digital transformation through innovative audience strategies, adtech and martech roadmaps, AI integration, and strategic partnerships. Implement advanced measurement frameworks and explore innovative digital solutions.
  • Social Strategy & Performance : Oversee social media strategy, ensuring forward-thinking approaches to social performance and commerce. Foster relationships with media partners and manage Joint Business Plans (JBP).
  • Learning & Development : Mentor and upskill clients and internal teams, promoting a data-driven approach to decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Team Management : Provide mentorship to paid social and analytics teams. Deliver strategic support and thought leadership, maintaining a vision-driven approach.

Qualifications

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 10 years of experience, ideally gained within a digital agency.

  • Expertise in social performance and e-commerce strategies
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) to thrive in a multicultural environment.
  • Proven paid social expertise, including campaign management
  • Proactive with strong communication skills and the ability to articulate and share insights
  • Resilient and calm under pressure, with a dynamic approach to problem-solving
  • Strong strategic vision with the ability to execute hands-on initiatives
  • Deep understanding of digital trends, technology, and data
  • Strong client' focus with a proximity mindset, thriving on building and maintaining relationships
