YOUR FUNCTION:

As a Digital Business Analyst, you are responsible for understanding customer requirements and helping them evolve through the agile development process to add business value for our customer.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

• Understanding customer requirements and writing appropriate user stories based on "What" is needed.
• Facilitating collaboration among team members to develop, deliver, and add value to the product.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, the Definition of Ready, and the use of "Who, What, Why" and acceptance criteria.
• Being proactive in seeking better solutions, open-minded, and adaptable as requirements evolve.

Profile

YOUR PROFILE:

• Familiar with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Interested in digital transformation, customer experience, and web platforms.
• Knowledge of web development tools, software, and technologies.
• Basic understanding of content management platforms and their interaction with websites, portals, and mobile apps.
• Fluent in English and proficient in French or Dutch.
