YKONE, a leading influencer marketing agency, seeks a Digital Adoption Manager to shape adoption across Europe. You will design training journeys, run sessions in Paris and remotely, and build knowledge tools to drive genuine, lasting usage of our collaboration platforms.

You will travel to offices across Europe, identify champions, and create scalable AI adoption paths, ensuring fast iteration and high engagement. 40–50k€ gross annually, CDI, flexible remote options.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Digital Adoption, Customer Success or Change Management, ideally in SaaS or digital transformation.
• Hands-on with collaboration tools and able to design and deliver training content.
• Genuine pedagogy: engaging training, not just information.
• Strong autonomy with no existing framework to rely on.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; able to build trust across geographies.
• English fluency; French is a plus.

As part of the development of our digital and collaboration tools, YKONE is hiring its first-ever Digital Adoption Manager. This is a strategic, blank-page role: you'll be the first person in this function, with the mandate to build the foundations of digital adoption across an international group from the ground up.

The role

Reporting to the group's tech division, you will be the central point of contact between end users and the tool/product owners.

This isn't a desk-bound role: YKONE is an international group, and you'll travel regularly to our different offices across Europe to run in-person training sessions, meet local teams, and adapt your approach to each team's culture.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Onboarding

• Design and roll out training and onboarding journeys for our external collaboration tools (Slack, Perk, Attio, Salesforce) and proprietary tools (Hubble, OneGPT, Campaygn)
• Run training sessions both in person (Paris) and remotely, depending on audience and geography
• Build training content (guides, tutorials, in-app content) that drives lasting adoption, not one-off training moments

Track usage, gather user Feedback & foster fast Iteration

• Track adoption metrics and identify friction or underused features
• Act as the central point of contact between employees and tool owners to capture bugs, friction points and improvement needs
• Structure a clear feedback loop to ensure fast iteration on tools

Medium-Term Missions (to activate once the foundations are in place)

• Build a communication plan around rollouts (announcements, calendar, FAQ) to prepare the ground ahead of each training
• Identify and animate a network of tool champions in each team/office, acting as local first-level support and early-warning relays
• Build a centralized knowledge base (guides, FAQs, short videos) so employees can build proficiency independently between live sessions
• Develop a dedicated AI adoption track (OneGPT): from basic practices towards advanced AI usage, use cases by function, and monitoring new features

Required Profile

• Experience: 3 to 5 years as a Digital Adoption Manager, Customer Success Manager or Change Manager, ideally within a SaaS or digital transformation environment
• Technical skills: hands-on experience with collaboration tools, ability to design and deliver training content. Good knowledge of and a personal interest in the use of AI in business.
• Genuine pedagogy : able to make training engaging, not just informative
• Strong autonomy : this role has no existing framework to lean on
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build trust quickly across teams and geographies
• Active listening to capture user friction points and translate them into actionable input for product leads
• Languages: Fluent English, French is a plus
• A founding role: you'll set the standards and framework yourself, with no legacy process to inherit

Practical Information

• Location: Paris preferred
• Remote work: open to remote work within Europe with occasional travel on the different Ykone offices (Paris, Milan, London, Munich, Geneva, Madrid)

• Salary: 40 to 50K euros annual gross
