Publicis Conseil recrute un Account Manager bilingue pour superviser des projets variés liés à NESCAFÉ. Le candidat idéal aura une expérience solide en gestion de projets, de préférence en FMCG, et possédera d'excellentes compétences en communication, autonomie et esprit d'équipe. Qualifications

  • Expérience de 5 ans minimum en agence de publicité.
  • Connaissance dans le domaine FMCG est un plus.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais (oral et écrit) est obligatoire.

NESCAFÉ is a key brand in the Nestlé portfolio managed by Publicis Conseil, with the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) playing a crucial role in the brand's global ambition.

The brand is undergoing a significant strategic and creative transformation. The team is responsible for creating, launching, and managing the brand platform, as well as coordinating local developments collaboratively.

Publicis Conseil's role in local developments is vital, especially since the client SBU operates a decentralized model. The markets are divided into five regions: Greater China, LATAM, AOA, North America, and Z-Europe. Z-EU is the only centralized area, managed separately by another team at Publicis Conseil.

We are seeking a bilingual hybrid Account Manager to oversee projects across various topics (International network, platform, 360 campaign, social, etc.) with durations from approximately 2 to 6 months. These projects involve multiple expertise areas within an existing or newly developed methodological framework.

  • Fluent English is mandatory.

Profile required:

  • 4-5 years in a communication or business school, with at least 5 years’ experience in an advertising agency or communication group (FMCG experience is a plus)

Organization & Project Management:

  • Build and monitor timelines based on validated estimates with agencies/partners
  • Coordinate with traffic and creative teams for resource planning
  • Develop briefs with experts and communicate them internally
  • Onboard and lead transversal teams (internal: Strategy, Creative; external: Tech, CRM, SEO, local/regional agencies), organize and present kick-offs
  • Manage scope and identify changes impacting schedule or budget
  • Oversee deliverables' quality and performance, with Agile experience as an advantage
  • Identify and escalate risks and alerts
  • Maintain relationships with external partners

Reporting:

  • Prepare operational reports and steering documents
  • Distribute agendas, reports, and assessments

Management:

  • Manage international mid to senior-level clients in English; additional languages are a bonus
  • Oversee a small internal team and manage client relations across various subjects in dynamic situations
  • Coordinate internal interventions and monitor project phases
  • Support global market onboarding and supervise strategic and creative development to ensure brand consistency and risk mitigation
  • Understand technical project issues and collaborate effectively with all expertise areas
