We are looking for a Technical Lead Scrum Master to join our dynamic team working on automating security posture monitoring. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Agile project management and deep technical expertise. You will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing sprints, and continuously improving development processes. We are open to candidates at various experience levels who are eager to grow and evolve in their careers.

1. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives).
2. Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
3. Identify and resolve obstacles that may hinder the team's progress.
4. Promote and apply Agile and Scrum best practices within the team.
5. Ensure communication and collaboration among various project stakeholders.
6. Actively participate in technical development when necessary, providing practical expertise and technical solutions.
7. Provide technical support and problem-solving to the team.
8. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and alignment with best practices.
9. Ensure daily operations run smoothly and minimize downtime.
10. Optionally, bring expertise in Python programming language to the team.

1. Experience as a Scrum Master in a technical environment is preferred.
2. Understanding of Agile Safe methodologies.
3. Technical skills in software development (knowledge of programming languages, development tools, and frameworks).
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proactive and dedicated attitude towards team success.
7. Scrum Master certification (CSM or equivalent) is a plus.
