Job summary

Siemens Software in Roanne is seeking an intern to design and maintain a live status dashboard for DevOps tools. You will work on monitoring critical development tools, implement health checks, and build frontends with React/Vue.js as part of an international team.

The role requires a Master’s-level engineering student in France, with containerization knowledge (Docker, Kubernetes, ArgoCD) and Python backend experience. Hybrid work model and mentorship offered.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master's-level engineering program in France (Bac +4/5).
• Foundational understanding of containerization and orchestration concepts (Docker, Kubernetes, ArgoCD).
• Experience with Python or comparable backend languages and OOP.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL Server relational databases.
• Frontend familiarity with React, Vue.js and Angular; REST APIs knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a centralized monitoring dashboard for development tools.
• Implement health checks, status aggregation, and incident detection.
• Build modern web interfaces using React/Vue.js technologies.
• Enable proactive problem detection and resolution.
• Create documentation and deployment guides.
