Euronext is building a new Digital Assets team to develop tokenisation and DLT capabilities, delivering a zero-downtime platform for tokenised instruments. The role sits within the Engineering team, reporting to the CTO Digital Assets, and involves shaping the project’s strategic direction.

The DevOps/SRE will focus on reliable operations, on-call readiness, security hardening, and AI-assisted tooling to support continuous deployment across multiple international sites including Paris, Porto,

Qualifications

• Building infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines and enabling zero-downtime deployments.
• Designing observability solutions with metrics, logs, traces and alerting; defining SLOs.
• Establishing on-call rotation and maintaining runbooks.
• Hardening security posture of infrastructure for regulated workloads.
• Maintaining stability through rapid changes; driving reliable operations.
• Using AI-assisted tools for IaC and CI/CD with human review before deployment.
• Applying AI for anomaly detection, alert triage and postmortems.
• Deploying, monitoring and operating AI/ML services in production.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain IaC, CI/CD pipelines for tokenisation platform.
• Design and implement observability with defined SLOs and alerting.
• Run on-call rotation; author and update runbooks.
• Collaborate with security lead to harden infrastructure.
