Euronext Digital Assets is seeking a Product Manager to define, deliver, and scale the next generation of trading infrastructure for digital assets, starting with security tokens. The role is Paris-based, reporting to the Chief Product Officer, Digital Assets, and requires hands-on delivery leadership across business, technology, operations, legal, risk and post-trade teams.

Qualifications

• ~10 years of experience in product management, ideally in trading or fintech.
• Proven track record taking products from concept through design, specification and launch.
• Strong understanding of trading workflows and interfaces with post-trade, market data, surveillance.
• Experience delivering innovative technology programmes in a regulated environment.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are an asset.

Responsabilités

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for security token trading and services.
• Own end-to-end delivery from business case to production launch and adoption.
• Coordinate vendor evaluations, pilots, and production rollouts across multiple workstreams.
• Manage dependencies across listing, trading, settlement, data, operations, legal, and compliance.
• Define success metrics and oversee post-launch product performance.
